I asked my lawyer about it and he said "we don't use them." Is it for certain locations or courts? I tried logging in to pacer but when I typed in my case # it wasn't found. I filed Ch 7 on 6-25-08. I already have my 341 meeting scheduled. I am just wanting to find out when my discharge date will be.

Your last day for objections is 60 days after your 341. Your discharge will come anytime after that if there isn't a back up in BK cases. -
Thanks Cali, it says on our papers last day for objections is 9-22. Will our discharge be that date or after?
Also, our lawyer didn't tell us to bring anything to our 341 meeting. We didn't even turn bank statements over to our lawyer, is this normal?Comment

My attorney told me what to take to my 341. I took everything he said, and they didn't ask for anything but ID and SS card.
I would take current bank statement, copy of counseling cert if you did the last one, recent pay stub, ID and SS card.
And the discharge depends on how fast your district is. My district has a lot of BKs going on, so it might take me from 60-90 days to get a discharge.Comment
