Our 2nd Mortgage (DITech) is still reporting our mortgage payment as being late on our credit report. We filed May 22nd, and they have reported it May 30th, and June 30th. Are they suppose to be doing this? My first mortgage and other cc's aren't doing this, why?

They will most likely continue reporting your loans late until discharge, after discharge they should say included on bankruptcy. If that doesn’t happen you will need to contact the Credit Bureaus and have the reports corrected.Chapter 7 07/30/2008
