    It does happen, but it seems pretty rare. I read that they often take a closer look at below median cases if there are creditor objections.

      HEY! With all our problems, snafoos, and family probs, we only know our Trustee (and his cooperative investigative attorney) and to date, have been led through a way out. Yes we have to pay back preferential payments, but IRS debt will be first so I would owe that anyway. All I can say is, "Thank you Lord". 'Hub
