What Can I expect

I am considering filing Chapter 7 and need to know what will happen to my assets: I have a boat worth $1500 a camper $2000 and a jetski $2500, I owe alot of credit card debt and I am currently in a credit counseling program, but I am no longer able to make my monthly payment, because of increased child support and increasde lot rent where I live, the only thing I want to file chapter 7 on is my credit card debt and all of it is older than 1 year with no recent charges. The items I list above are owned free and clear, can these be protected? or will they be lost?

it really depends on the exemptions allowed by your state and what other items you own that need to be exempted. Here is a link to all of the state's exemptions as allowed in BK. It might help you understand what you will be allowed to keep and what not. Good luck
