Okay, I'm a BK dummy. I had my 341 today and am just reading up on the PACER which I'm completely unfamiliar with....I'm getting ready to sign up for an acct, but one thing that doesn't make sense is it says they'll defer billing you if it's under 10.00?
Each quarter accounts with a balance due less than $10 will be deferred to the following quarter. Accounts with a deferred balance will not be sent a statement either via email or U.S. Mail. The transactions will be available from the PACER Service Center website for review even though the balance due is deferred.
So does that mean that if it's under 10.00 they'll keep deferring it? Do they ever bill you for it? I just think that's weird and wanted to see if any of you normally use more than 10.00 looking at it or if they really don't charge you if it's under 10.00.... Thanks.
