We made it back... No hitches at all. Standard questions, yes or no. Trustee joked with my wife about her career. We were the last case of the morning. He was rough on several cases ahead of us. Most things they could have avoided. Things like, not having id and SS card ready when you appoached(seemed to p!ss him off), not being honest. One guy disclosed to the trustee he had a race car he did not list as owning. That seemed to throw warnings and he reset their meeting. One couples attorney did not show. "No soup for you!!" to the end of the line they went.(That really irritated the trustee.)
Ours went really smooth... on the file he wrote the letters" NAD. I take it to mean No asset. We'll watch and wait
A race car??? Sheeshh, kinda something you'd remember, huh?
It sure helps to hear these 341 experiences. Thanks!
