Pending Reaffirmation??

    Pending Reaffirmation??

    Hey everyone...

    We reaffirmed our car, and signed the reaffirmation paperwork in mid July. Last day for creditor objections was 7/22, however we are still not discharged. Flags on PACER are as follows:
    CONVERTED, DecDueSchs, ReafPending .

    Our lawyer said that our case is fine, but would any of these keep us from our discharge??

    It is possible that any one of those three flags could do it. Your lawyer needs to explain what each one of those flags mean in your particular case. I would not be happy with a blanket statement that everything is fine.

    Now it is totally possible that the clerical paperwork has not caught up, but I would ask. Good luck!

      Thank you Mrs. Cat. She is on vacation this week. I actually asked her if their was a problem last week, and she had said everything was fine. As each day comes and goes without a discharge however, I get concerned. Not that there is anything "wrong" with this case, it is just us being impatient and wanting the discharge to move on!!

      BTW: Glad to hear you and Hub's hearing went well! I was thinking of you guys!!
