We are waiting to filing BK. We have not paid on the house for July or August, we are including the house in the BK. We would like to move as soon as possible. Would it be best to try to secure a rental now before our creit gets any worse or wait until the BK is finalized?

If you have to move, do it now. Possession 9/10 the law. It is easier to stay in than get in when your CR shows your bk. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? That is what I thought also but I have one more question. When I apply for a rental and the house still shows as a liability what do I tell the rental agency?Comment
