341 tomorrow..little nervous

341 is tomorrow, wish us luck!

I am much more nervous than I thought I would be...trustee hasn't asked for anything, no bank statements, no documentation of any kind, which has me a bit spooked since that seems to be very common, especially for above-median debtors. Also still a little nervous because just found out last week that I am loosing part of my income.

But I am keeping my fingers crossed none the less...

Good luck! Being nervous is normal...I lost some sleep the night before ours. But it went without a hitch, and we're above median, too. Unless you have some complicating circumstances (too many assets, etc.) you should be fine. We didn't need to bring anything but ourselves and our SS/DL cards. I thought we might need to bring more documentation, too, based on what I'd read here, but our attorney assured us we didn't and sure enough, our trustee didn't ask for anything else...we were done in less than 5 minutes, and we own 2 houses (we are a 7/no asset case). Get some rest and take some deep breaths when you get there....sending good vibes your way.

Thats how I survived that last pre341 day.

Laurannm; I cannot picture you being nervous. After all the help and uplifts you gave Mrs. Cat and I, you got to have nerves and wisdom of iron. You will do fine. Everybody who leaves the court room does fine. (I just wonder about those who don’t leave.) ‘Hub and Mrs. C wish you the best. Post after it’s over and tell us all what a cake walk it was.
