    Pacer question

We have filed CH7 and will have our 341 on 8/23.
I was reviewing my credit reports today and noticed that many of them have in the comment section of the credit listing "Canceled by credit grantor". Some of them listed as "canceled by credit guarantor" shows $0 balance, and some do not. Does this mean that the credit card company has already written this debt off?

    PACER QUESTION??????
I believe this is a credit report question!!!
If your report shows "cancelled by creditor grant" it means the credit card company has cancelled your credit (account) with them for one reason or another. It could mean its been sold to a collection agency or in a "pending" BK. It will not say "included in BK" until you have been discharged.....

    Written off - doubt it......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
