I am filing bk this week in PA. I will definately be here for my 341 meeting in Sept, but am planning on moving out of state on Oct 15. Is that going to be a problem for any reason? My address will be fwd'd.

I don't think it will be a problem as long as you have a forwarding address when you petition. I think you should check with a lawyer though! -
I am moving too. Lawyer said it wasn't a problem.
Is there going to be a significant change in income? I will have a 5% increase and my lawyer said it isn't a big deal since the cost of living is much higher where I am going.Comment
