Does anyone have any info on what the unsercured priority & secured priority claims are? I am not sure what I need to put into this part of the bk forms. Also garnishments, I have one that is coming out and need to know where I put this on the form as well.

If you are using form7.com software, go to SAMPLE BANKRUPTCY REPORTS and look up schedule E. They will have a cover letter/sheet there that explains what the unsecured priority claims are.
As for garnishments.. if you go to the STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL AFFAIRS page, click through to page 4, and it will have a place there to list them.
Hope your software is the same as mine.. I don't think they are tailored to the state? At least you have an idea where to find them now.
