Responsible for car comp legal fees if reaffirm?

I just got a bill for my Jeep which I reaffirmed. It says it is for legal fees. We had a court date in August and noone from their company was their. THey say it is for paperwork.

I can't get my lawyer yet so I came here

Am I responsible for their legal fees?? Is this standard? If not what recourse do I have? PLease help!

I already reaffirmed in August. I guess the grace period is only 60 days to change my mind right? Just missed it by 3 days.

If you want to rescind the reaffirmation, it is 60 days from the date the reaffirmation agreement is filed with the court -- or discharge, whichever is later.

At least that is what it says on my paperwork from the atty.

Yes I just received the bill 3 days after the 60 day grace period was over. My lawyer says I don't have to pay it. They didn't put it in my reaff agreement so it's not vaild.
