There is no voluntary withdrawal from Chapter 7. You might could request a conversion to Chapter 13 if you need to. I'm not sure how that would work.
Why do you think you'd owe more money with an AP than you are clearing in bk?May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

Just curious, but WHY would you want to cancel a bankruptcy? You've already been discharged, you're done.
It's already on your credit report, your creditors have already marked your accounts as "in bankruptcy".....why would you want to "cancel it"?
Why would you owe any money at all? When you're discharged, you don't owe anything to anyone.
I'm confused....(that doesn't take much..LOL)Filed Chapter 7: 3-22-08
341 Meeting: 5-15-08 It went great!!!

Last day for objections: 7-14-08
Discharged and Closed: 7-21-08

I think this debtor has/had non-exempt assets and he is being forced to pay the trustee.Originally posted by Stilltheone View PostJust curious, but WHY would you want to cancel a bankruptcy? You've already been discharged, you're done.
