Meet with Lawyer Monday Afternoon
Well Guys I have posted a few times here but mostly read and absorbed everything I could. We met with about 4 Lawyers and all were really sharp I honestly don't think we could have done wrong using any of them but the Lawyer we are going to retain was just sharper it seemed. At our initial consultation he answered the ridiculous number of questions we had fully and never once rushed us or sugar coated anything in fact he actually was with us for over an hour and a half. Now the Wife and I are going to meet with him Monday to sign and pay the retainer and give him our papers he needed so he can get us filed. (Chpt 7 no Asset but keeping house and car) My wife told me not to answer any calls from creditors, because she wants to be the one to give them the lawyers info. (some of them have been quite rude to her...I guess a little payback is in order just not the kind the cc companies are looking for...
