    credit report errors

After reviewing my credit report for the first time in about two years,
i seen that there were two seperate balances, one through citi bank
for about 1400.00 , and another through chase? for 1300, i know they're
not mine?, they have never been late or anything,i called them both
but there hours are m-f , i think they are a couple years old, i
did recognize one of the account numbers, so... i bet they were ones
that i had transferred, in my days of shuffling balances from one low rate
to another, i hope?... but at any rate, that might take a couple months
to get off my report , what is that going to do to my chapter 7 paperwork?,
do i list them?, if anybody has ever had this problem, i would definatly
    appreciate hearing some feedback??...

First you say they're not yours, and then you say they're probably balance transfers. Get it straightened out before you file. If someone took credit out in your name without your knowledge, then your identity has been stolen. If you transferred balances, then report the accounts on your paperwork.

I would list them if your name is on the account. I received a bill from Bank of America, and I know I have never had a Bank of America account. However, many years ago I had an account with Nations Bank. My guess is maybe it is a changed name/merger/buy out? I don't know but I have seen this happen so many times that if I were you, if your correct name and address is on it, I would include it as a debt in your bankruptcy.
