Well, just came back from our 341 meeting. I've learned A LOT from reading the threads here so I pretty much new what to expect. But that didn't stop me from still having a little anxiety last night and this morning. Then, to top it off, our attorney sent his paralegal or someone instead of coming himself.
It was pretty cut and dry -- no big questions or anything.
The woman that was before crying throughout her whole time. Turns out she paid her mother $1700 last month to repay a debt to her and was now crying to the trustee that she couldn't pay her house payment this month. The trustee even asked her to repeat herself..........twice. The look on her attorney's face was priceless.
So now it's wait for the 60 days.
Oh, and I can file my divorce papers at the end of the week. I've held off to get through the 341 meeting at the advice of both my attorney's.
