I was wondering if my wife was expecting a baby are you considered to be a 3 person family or just a two person family until the baby is born? I was also wondering if anybody knows the cutoff amount for filing chapter 7 in the state of ohio for a three or four person family or if you know a website where i could find out?

I picked Akron as the home city because I wasn't sure where you are from, but it really makes no difference as to the state median income, which is $59,949 for three or $71,489 for four.

We've had a couple of posters in your situation and they report that the baby has to be born to qualify for a larger household number for the means test.Comment

Yep I'm in the same situation, I'm pregnant and live in Ohio and asked my lawyer if we were considered a 2 or 3 person family. Until the baby is born we can't be considered a 3 person family.Filed Chapter 7 Oct 24,2008

Now, is this not strange, if a pregnant woman is murdered, two counts of murder will be addressed to the guilty person. Yet if you wish to abort even at a nine month level, you can kill the baby legally. I just don’t get it.
