I was wondering if my wife was expecting a baby are you considered to be a 3 person family or just a two person family until the baby is born? I was also wondering if anybody knows the cutoff amount for filing chapter 7 in the state of ohio for a three or four person family or if you know a website where i could find out?

I picked Akron as the home city because I wasn't sure where you are from, but it really makes no difference as to the state median income, which is $59,949 for three or $71,489 for four.
Unfortunately, I don't have an answer about when the baby becomes an "official person" but I suspect that it's after the birth.CH7 Filed 2/26/2009 (no asset)

Now, is this not strange, if a pregnant woman is murdered, two counts of murder will be addressed to the guilty person. Yet if you wish to abort even at a nine month level, you can kill the baby legally. I just don’t get it.
If you are close it might behoove you to wait to delivery. ‘HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
