In my first post about personal belongings i asked a question about my
boat , whether to come clean about it, or quickly sell it to a friend, my
attorney looked up the blue book value and it only appraised at 1550.00,
at first i was somewhat selfish and insensitive to the legal system, and
after going through my cc bills, and realizing i have 14,177.99 in unsecured
bills on 7 seperate credit cards, 294.00 in payments each month... what
was i thinking?? , if i can get out from under this debt, and i am worried
about my boat?, but at any rate.. is it illegal to sell something before fililng,
i do still need to come up with some money for attorney fees, and keep my
house and truck payment up to date to pull this all off, with only about 6
weeks to go, trying to do this without an attorney is probably out of the
question?,
