My attorney and his paralegal are driving me crazy, Amend this and amend that you have to get over here to sign this and to sign that. The trustee took my car away. I have no vehicle to get to his office. The office is 12 miles away and no public transportation. He is moving way too fast for me and I can't think straight. I think it is so unfair. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear of the stress
.
12 miles is a long ways, is there a family member or friend that could give you a ride there?
Maybe someone at your church (if you attend) could give a ride?
Have you explained you have no transportation to the lawyer? I know he probably realizes that the trustee took the car but maybe he doesn't realize you don't have a way to his office, perhaps he could even arrange or suggest a means of getting there?May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer

You sure have had an interesting case. Started out pro se then that attorney that ripped you of too the trustee that took your car and is now coming to look at your stuff.
If I were you I would get more creative in getting those Amendments singed and to your attorney. What I did was had my attorney email me the docs. I printed them singed them scanned them and sent them. Then I mailed the originals back to her. I am so sorry you are having such a hard time. You must have a ton of nonexempt assets to try to protect.
Good luck I hope this works out for you.Chapter 7 07/30/2008
