We are going to make an appointment tomorrow to see a lawyer to file. We have had a very hard time with paying the bills and now hubbys hours have been cut we are going to slide downward very fast. We have been trying for at the last year to stay above water, but its not possible now.

Will we lose our house, bought in 2003, payments up to date. So far.
We have a '98 car and a '03 mini van, both still owe on.
We have credit cards plus some store cards.
Will someone come and take our things away? We do not have anything of value excpet for the house and the mini van, the car is not worth more than $2000 on a good day.
