First I wanted to say THANK YOU to this forum for keeping us informed and sane. All the information on this forum helped us remain calm.

1.5 million in real estate
200k in unsecured debt
2 cars
341 meeting 8/21/08
discharged 10/22/08
closed 10/23/8
Everything went smoothly and we are very thankful. Those of you worried that you are over the means test, don't let it deter you. We were VERY OVER the means for California and it all worked out. You need to get a good attorney and interview more than 2, had we gone with the second guy we talked to we would have been in a very different place.
The fourth attorney is the one we went with and he was great.
Anyway, we have been waiting along time and it's finally over. THANK YOU to all of you that have replied to our questions and for all the advice.
