60 Days & Objection to Discharge Due?

Filed my paperwork on 8-15-05 and have my 341 for 9-13-05 and my Objection to Discharge is not until 11-14-05....does that sound correct? I was under the assumption that the 60 days was from filing date and not the 341 date. Can someone offer me a clue?

No, the 60 days is from the 341 date. Everything is right in line. It takes 3-4 months from the filing date to the discharge date in most cases.

That's right. I filed 7/18. My 341 was 8/19 and objection to discharge date is 10/19.

If it goes well, which probably will you will have another reason to celebrate Thanksgiving. You will probably get your discharge by Christmas. Have a merry one!!
