Just courious as I am filling out my paperwork for my lawyer and checking my current balances on my unsecured credit cards since we are getting close to filing. When I first stopped paying I was at around $300k, I just went online for each of my cards and now with interest raised to 29.9% and late fee's, over the limit fee's and other fee's I am now over $340k.. I know chapter 13 has a cap around $330k, Is there a cap for chapter 7?
