Regarding the issue of amending the petition, you can do so anytime. Actually, you should probably do so ASAP since the issue you have deals with the means test. -

No worries, I will just keep searching for my answers....this site seemed the most helpful and I have seen posts from various folks who somewhat have my situation but not the same, so I will continue to piece my answers together from what I learn from my pre-paid lawyer guy and what I read here and on other forums.Comment
