Does this mean my discharge is delayed?

My discharge was scheduled for the 28th of this month. Well I needed to admend one form and change the amount from 0.00 to 1.00 and that was it and the trustee told me I was scheduled for discharge on the 28th of this month but they had my 341 reset to the 28th of this month but was told I didnt need to attend. I did not amend the form (no time to get there) and on pacer it shows my 341 reset to 12/01.

Does this mean I need to wait another month for discharge?

Seems he's giving you more time to amend the form. So take the time and amend it .

I don't think you can be discharged without a complete 341 so yes it would delay you.

If you don't amend it again, the trustee will either file a motion to dismiss or a motion to show cause. My suggestion is to sober up and run out and get the amended schedule filed ASAP
