    Listing creditors

    Hi,

I have a question on listing creditors.

I'm doing the "list the creditors part" now to get ready to file Chapter 7 in GA.

    1. Do I list creditors that have a $0.00 balance and are open?

    2. Do I list "closed" accounts as well?

If you are sure you don't owe the "closed" accounts any money, then you don't need to list them.

There are mixed veiws on whether to list zero balance accounts, but generally, no, you don't need to list them.

Thank you for the fast reply

Thank you for the fast reply!

I pulled my credit report from all 3 agencies and they have $0 balance and account status like "closed by grantor", "closed by consumer" .

By the way, anybody out there want their reports for free, I found this site www.annualcreditreport.com . They are free if you haven't pulled your credit in a year. You are entitled to one free report each year, and this is online and super fast!
