Okay, here is my situation. My lawyer was supposed to wait to file my case until I faxed him some paperwork. Well, I just got a court letter telling me my 341 meeting is Sept. 13. So my lawyer must have already filed!!
I am scared to death. I forgot to tell the lawyer about a $200 check my husband recieves every month. This still won't have our income exceed any expenses. Can I still add this? I don't want to go to jail. I am trying to be so honest through this whole thing.

Call your attorney, he can still add it as an ammendment, probably cost you extra. But make sure you call him and document that.
