hey minnie, do you remember my post about my 341 meeting and the boat situation? if so don`t you think that the trustee would have called me by now to come out to look at the boat to see if he wants it or not by now? i just would have thought he would have done this by now, my meeting was 8/23 and i still have not heard anything from him regarding the boat. what do you think?

Did the trustee ask for the title to the boat???
I'm assuming your was a Chapter 7???
It's still "too early" to determine what the trustee will do....
If there's substantial money to be made from the boat, he will more than likely ask for it. If it is in need of many repairs, he won't. He never bothered my 2nd car (van), which was in need of repairs....
Just be patient for the next 60 days or less....
If you don't hear anything, and get your discharge papers, he's not interested in your boat.
Maybe you'll get lucky............
