The only questionable number I see is the $100 maintenance. Can you explain what that's for? If you rent, wouldn't any repairs/maitenance be completed by the managment/landlord? There is usually no cost to the tenant(s) for these.

The other number is the $90 in clothing.

I own a single wide mobile home... trust me, I paid a $1000 for it so it needs a LOT of maintenance. I think I'll snap a few photos to bring with me in case the trustee questions it. Trust me it is far from fancy. It is a 1987 model with a fancy wood floor in the master bedroom... PLYWOOD (I can't afford the carpet, yet.) The $215 rent is lot rent for the trailer.

You could be right on the $90 for clothes. I am not certain where that came from, I'll have to ask my attorney where he got that. I could probably show that if needed because I am required to dress professionally plus I have a six year old that outgrows EVERYTHING.

But even if the trustee disallowed the clothing or reduced it, hopefully it wouldn't be enough to put me into chapter 13. I so want this over with.

      Than you for the comments.

Okay, I see........you're responsible for the maintenance then, correct? If so, then the $100 is reasonable I suppose.

          I think

The expenses look fine and the clothing amount when you have a little one seems fine to me.

          Good Luck!!!
