Just read this above, am i understanding it correct?

"Does a creditor's objection effect any other aspect of my BK?

There is good news here: the answer is no! Even if a creditor files an Objection to Discharge of their debt, the rest of your BK will proceed normally (assuming there are no other issues ). You will recieve your discharge in BK on time, and often times, that discharge will be received before the hearing the objection. [I know...that seems odd, but don't make the mistake of thinking that the objection is somehow void when you receive your discharge]"

so lets see if I get this right??

I only have one small creditor I am worried about for around $3k so if he does object to his debt being discharged i can choose to settle rather than fight it, and non of this will delay my discharge date right?

I think you are worrying too much. Even 3k if you wish it gone, will cost the creditor much money to object. Now if you wish to pay outside of bk, you may be able to do that. Please review though insiders or preferential. You may sign a reaffirmation on this or after discharge, pay the person. ‘Hub

Is this debt a student loan fine tax a judgment for fraud or any other type of debt that can not be discharged?
If not there will be no objection. Even if you broke the 90 day rule they have to prove you are attempting to commit fraud stop worring!!!!

        the debt

is just credit card debt, some of the charges were bills and some not...... so yes i broke the 90 day rule on one card as my bank account had been cleared, by a creditor... My worry is not about keeping the debt I am ok with that..my worry was just i hoped it could not extend the discharge. I know it seems we are all faceless on here but my life the last 10 years has been so stressful not a minute of peace... If you knew the horror I have seen.. it has all taken it's toll and i am just eager for hopefully a new beginning. That's all.
I had moved to the Persian Gulf with my ex husband when I was 28 with my 2 small girls.... I ended up after 6 years of being there and threatened with execution under muslim law as I had no rights as a woman, i had to get the embassy to help me escape with my 2 small girls and a suitcase back to the UK.... I have been raising them since and the last 10 years have been nothing short of one hellish thing after another..... I worry because I am now at the end of my rope..
I will be so grateful for this all to end... ....

B65 I am sorry to hear about how bad things have been for you and i turly hope your life gets better. I don't think the creditor will object. they have to prove you charged something and never intended to pay it back. reading your other posts i don't think that's the case. so I think something is finally going ot go right for you.....
