I filed a C7 in July.
Chase Bank has filed a motion to lift stay in order to get their car back. I need it a bit longer.
I received the paperwork filed by their attorney. It basically states that I haven't paid them, and I have not carried insurance on the car. I have never had a break on any insurance, and yes I am late paying them. I need the car for a few more weeks. I want to challenge the motion some how to get it continued. HOW CAN I?
Ask for a continuance of some sort?
Show up with proof of continued insurance along with a statement to get caught up opn payments?
Any suggestions?
