Can anyone explain how this works? I'm filing alone but have a car that is in both my wife and I names. Do they send paperwork that needs to be notarized or what is the process? Do you just sign and send back? Any help would be greatly appreciated on this...

The loan company will send you the paperwork for the reaff. If you choose to sign it...think about that first...then sign it and send it back to them, they will file it with the court.
If you have an attorney, they will receive the docs, have you sign them and take care of the rest. -
