Pacer Question

We had our 341 meeting on 12/01, but as of today, it still says:
Pending Status: Awaiting 341 Meeting

Also, eveyone talks about 'Flags', but we don't see this category anywhere on our information. Should I worry that it still says 'awaiting 341 meeting'?

Under 'History', it does have an entry for 12/01, that reads 'Trustee's Initial Report'. What does that mean? I haven't found anything that specifically says we had our 341 meeting.

It depends on your district and their backlog. It is possible it could go almost to discharge before it appears. Don't let it worry you

I am in Southern CA and my 341 was on 11/26. It wasn't until 12/12 that a posting appeared that my 341 had been held on 11/26 and we declared No Asset. After the 12/12 posting my status changed from "awaiting 341 meeting" to now "awaiting discharge".. WoooHoooo

I think the courts are just very backlogged. I know it's hard to not worry (cuz I sure did and checked PACER everyday), but I am sure you will be OK.

Can someone tell me where they say waiting to discharge. I don't remember seeing where it said awaiting for 341 meeting. If there is anything added would the pages increase or do you have to go in and see if anything has changed?
