What if you have no money to repay?

I have a question, if you file chapter 7 and then a creditor comes back saying that the debt to them is not dischargeable, what can you do if you just absolutely have no extra money after monthly expenses to pay them back? Do they send you to jail or what?

Certain types of debt are not dischargeable-it isn't up to the creditor. The most common are taxes & student loans. Those can ultimately lead to wage garnishment or garnishment of an income tax refund.

You can't go to jail over a debt.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
