Bank account balance after filing

Am I able to deposit my paychecks in to my account now, of course the balance will be different then when I filed (when I filed it was a lot less), since I am not paying any more creditors I would like to start saving.

So a person should have as little as possible in their bank account before filing and then after filing, one can save again? Just wondering how that works... one would pay all their bills for that month and then file?

I want to make sure i understand. So i Filed on November 8th which i copied all my checking accuonts before turning my papers in to file.

After i filed i can start letting my Checking account accumalte some cash now that im not paying out so much on Credit Cards.

I was thinking it was after your 341. I would hate to start saving and the Trustee decidee to snatch it all up.

But need to start now so i can get a appartment.Living with family now it sure has helped the last 2 months.

That's why I asked. I want to start transferring some of the money in my checking account over to my savings account, but I don't want it to look like I'm hiding anything, especially after I asked for a fee waiver when I filed, I still have not heard back from the court yet if my fee waiver was accepted.

I had almost 9K saved up when I got my discharge. I used it to move get my car fixed since i only have one now.
You need deposits for apartments utility
