If you have a non-dischargeable debt with a chapter 7, can you just keep making minimum monthly pmts till its paid off, or do they require it to be paid in full up front?

If you're current, you can keep making payments-such as on student loans. If you're behind, or fall behind later, they can take meaures. (Judgement, garnishment.)
