I have several Non Sufficient Funds in my checking account ($600) worth. Can these be included in the Bankruptcy? We're going to file 0n Tuesday? We're filing chapter 7

Yes they can be included in your BK, but if you ever want another checking account in the near future, you may want to figure out how to bring it current.

Have Another Checking Account

I had already opened another checking account about a month ago at another bank. Would my including the Insufficient Funds from the first bank still affect me writing checks on my newest account? The reason I wanted to close the first account was because I had too many creditors trying to debit my account electronically.
