What does this mean, found on PACER..

Something was entered yesterday by our BKT (not the UST) and it says:
"Trustee's Notice of Assets & Request for Notice to Creditors" Text Only

Any clue what this means, we are a no asset case.
    11/18/08 filed CH 7; 341: 12/11/09, cont'd to 01/06/09
    03/21/09 341 hearing for CH 13
04/27/09 Confirmation hearing for CH 13
    $199/mth for 60 months + $9K 2008 income tax refund

Is there more to the document that you can paste here?

FWIW, it sounds like, just from what you posted, that the Trustee found assets and they are notifing the creditors so they can put in their claims.
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

That may be a good thing

If they find assets and divvy them up, then maybe a ch 7 will be easier than them trying to convert you to a 13.... I think you mentioned some assests in a previous post and your attorney said they were there too..... anything you have of value that is not exempt will be listed as an assest and taken and given to creditors... do you have that?

There are the 2 insurance policies with about $8K cash value at this point. Also, there is a little less than $1K that is on our Schedule B (personal property) that is not claimed as exempt on Schedule C--a baseball card collection, some books, jewelry and sporting goods.

Guess I am wrong in thinking we are a no asset case then.

That's actually all it says, there is no supporting link to click on our anything like most of the other entries.
