341 meeting on the 28th...starting to freak!

I got a letter in the mail from my trustee yesterday...makes everything more real. Basically he was asking for a list of things for me to bring to my 341 hearing. Most of the stuff I have already provided my attorney. Does this seem like normal requests?

*Pay stubs for the pay period prior to and covering the date you filed.
*4 months of statements for each of your bank accounts, for the month you filed and the three prior.
*Most recent statements prior to filing of your mutual fund, 401, pension, etc..
*Copies of titels/registration for each vehilce, snowmobile, ATV, boat and trailers you owned as of the date of filing, with current mileage on the copy of the title.
*If you have been divorced within in the last 6 years, copy of your divorce decree
*Copy of your state income tax for the most recent tax year.
*Copies of your credit card statements for the three months before filing.
*Complete the enclosed "Domestic Support Obligation Form"

    One paragraph makes me wonder....
"I must receive, at least seven days before the meeting a signed copy of your federal income tax return, including all schedules and attachments for the most recent tax year. If you did not file a return, you must instead provide a written statement that explains why you are not required to file this tax return."

So does he expect me to have my 2008 taxes already filed? I would need to get that info to him by the 21st of Jan...I don't have all my paperwork to file my taxes yet....

sounds pretty normal. the most recent tax year is 2007 so i assume that's what he referred to in the letter. however, you'll probably have to send the 2008 return after you file it if your case is still open.
filed ch7 pro-se on 12/22/08, 341 meeting on 1/29/09, changed from no-asset to asset case on 2/18/09, DISCHARGED on 4/3/09.
