    Pacer - Objection for Discharge

Now that am past the 341 meeting, I signed into Pacer and see 2 actions:

    (1) that the Trustee has filed the No Distribution Report

    (2) that my auto reaffirmation agreement has been filed by American General (which I wanted)

Here is my question, which section of Pacer will I watch for any possible Objections to Discharge? The Documents section?

    Many Thanks

Yes, it will show up under the documents.......BUT.......don't go there everytime you log into PACER (you'll rack up icharges). Jsut keep an eye on the last day of filing, and if something new has been filed, you can then check it out.

      Hello all,

I have been thinking about this pacer thing, and I am leaning towards not paying for access. I am a natural worrier and I don't know if my nerves could handle all the ups and downs. I am under the impression that is what I have my attorney for....or am I being naive?

      Any thoughts or suggestions?
