Statement Of Intentions

I just have a question about the statement of intentions?
Where does that come from? I don't know if I have that.
HHM said to mail that to the finance co. stating I'm surrendering the car. When I do that, can they come after me for the car? I haven't received my discharge papers, so I need that car to drive?

If yours are arranged in the same order mine are, the statement of intentions is 'Form 8' and comes right after your schedules. (After schedule J actually.)

I *think* they cannot come for the car until after discharge.
