ok need help with car loan

I have found a really good price car with very low mileage, I was going to keep my car but I had to change intent to surrender, and i was going to try to ride through, but I think I may try to find something and have cheaper payments.... any one know of anywhere decent to apply for a loan I am 40days into the 60 day club...

I owe almost $13k on my car and the book value is maybe $5,000. I'd love to give this back in the Ch. 7, but I would want to replace it with another car where the car is worth what I owe. I don't want to get into another upside down payment again. How can one file BK and replace their car with a $7,000 car worth $7,000? I can't afford retail. I need a wholesale car where a bank will give me the loan. I don't want to buy one through a car dealer. I'd rather find a car on AutoTrader from a private person who sells the car cheap. I've found lots of late model cars with under 45,000 miles for from $3,500 to $7,000. Those are the deals I want. I don't want to get buried in some expensive $18,000 car loan again. I learned my lesson this time. NO MORE DEBT!!!

If I could get a $6,000 car and get 36 month payments, I would try to pay the car off in less than a year.
