Can anybody sign up for Pacer at any time? So once you sign up you can look at anybody's case and info on it?I wanted to look at info on adversay proceedings and get an idea which creditors or what situation causes these proceedings and the chances. I had done balance transfers on one card up to $10,500 all were done between March to June 16 of this year.

Technically you could look up anyone's BK info, but you would need to know their name (or SS#, or case #) and where they filed.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.Comment
