Additional debt?

I just had my 341 hearing on Tuesday, it went well... very short - probably only 2-3 minutes. HUGE RELIEF! I have another question though... I have cancelled my cell phone, and have a balance, and an early termination fee with them. Can I still include that in my bankruptcy? Or am I SOL since it's after the file date? Thanks!

Im in the same position. Since I filed 12-22, my at&t wireless contract ended 12-20. I got a (final) bill for 2 months for $250! I called at&t and they said to fax them a copy of my bk paper (assuming they mean my 341 notice). Im going to fax it tonight.

Also I havent been able to pay my gas bill for 3 months, its now $600. I called my lawyer, they are going to amend my petition and add at&t/gas company. Im moving and the utilities will be in my roomies name, so no worries there about deposits or what have you. I called the gas company, they transferred me to the "bankruptcy dept". I got a recording which said to leave your name, address and bk case #, so I did. I cannot afford to pay $500, things have gotten tighter since I filed.
