    Well we have a case number and a date for our 341!!

    Signed the papers this afternoon. Our 341 date is Nov. 10th!!!

    Congrats! Your 341 is a long way off... Ours is 30 days exactly from when we filed. Guess some districts are busier than others!
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.       Yeah, but ohh well. Better late than never.

      I checked on Pacer right now and it's not showing us on there yet. Wonder how long it takes?

        Check about once a week or wait until your official notice from the court is mailed to you.
        I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

            My petition was filed on Monday, showed in Pacer on Tuesday, and the 341 schedule was added yesterday. ***I'm not going to log into Pacer again for a while***

              The only thing that will show on Pacer between the time its filed and the 341 meeting is your original filing of forms, who is appointed Judge, US Trustee, Trustee and all their filing info.
              Most of the rest of the info shows up after the 341 Meeting if anyone objects.

              I would only check pacer once a week myself.

                Ok, it's showing up now. I printed out the info I need and now I am good to go.

                I won't check it again until after the 341 meeting.
