    Quick update.

Met with attorney today and the US TT is NOT involved in my case yet.

He said I am not out the woods yet but he said its a good sign nonetheless.

He said we are ready for anything.

Anyone who needs a good attorney in Los Angeles PM me.

    Thanks to all.
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

    Filed 12/15/08, 341 1/12/09, Cont to 2/12/09, cont to 3/12/09, cont to 4/15/09, cont to 5/11/09, cont to 6/02/09. Discharged 9/16/09, Closed 10/23/09

Lajazz: I am pleased to hear all that and I cannot remember your history, forgive me. Now if IIII got by, you will too. I messed up everything I could. Now three more payments of 450 and I should close. Understand, I was a C7. I paid out my inside payment and above limit assets.

You will do fine. GBWY 'Hub

Thanks, I am the guy with the 341 from hell early this month.

      I'm still tired from it.

That's good news. Yes - it takes a while to recover from a grueling 341 hearing. The second hearing can only get better.
