Any tips on Schedule J

My wife is not included in my BK, but for this schedule do I put down our combined expenses?

I also have to bring my SS card, a list of creditors by the amount and the last 4 of the account # and a copy of the deed to the house.

I took notes and now I'm all messed up.

I understand that you are to list household income (sched I) and household expenses (sched J). Try to consider everything you need in a month's time, and also those things which are needed yearly.
