What is your take on a land contract? Is it possible to get a mortgage 2 years after our bk? There is a builder that does land contracts on their new homes to help build your credit to obtain a mortgage, but it has to be done in 2 years. So I just wanted some opinions on this. I am not even sure we would qualify even though it is for bad credit peeps to help build your credit. We make enough $ but.......
