Is this a violation of stay

I received a letter form one of my creditors whow as on my matrix. The letter looks like an advertisement with "Income tax time, file early" printed at the top of the letter, but it's basically asking me to settle for 50% from my original balance. Is this a violation of the stay, even if they send letters asking you to settle, if it is, what should I do?

Do nothing. It is probably a "token" violation, but nothing worth doing anything about since you are not harmed by the violation.

Save it in a safe place though in case they further violate down the road.
